Dreams are nightly messages from deep within or beyond, aiming to bring awareness, clarity, healing, and direction to your waking life. A profound thing happens when people join together to work on their dreams. Each person's dream speaks to and benefits all of the dreamers in the group. Working with your dreams is a powerful and efficient way to move through what no longer serves you and point you into the direction of your Soul's Next Step.

Yin Yoga and Meditation Class online

Do you have more freedom of movement in your body? Do you want to feel more connected to Source energy? Do you want to feel inspired and open up to more free flowing ideas and creativity? Then join me for 75 minutes once a month for this enjoyable class.

Yin Yoga is a slow, deep, and gentle practice for people of all ages and yoga experience. It focuses on stretching the facia which are the deep fibers underneath the muscles. You will leave with improved mobility and less physical discomfort. We follow 30 minute of Yin Yoga with a Kriya Meditation practice. Meditation is scientifically proven to benefit your emotional and physical health. It also provides an opportunity to connect with the unlimited intelligence of the Universe that is available to humanity when we quiet our minds and open our hearts. This space of non-duality is a space of unconditional love and inspiration. I have personally found Kriya Yoga to support meditation for the ADHD mind.

This is a year-long dive into the divine feminine. We Meet virtually for 8, two hour sessions to honor the Goddess Wheel of the Year. You will enter a sacred and safe container to connect with other women and to be authentically you. Each session will include, ritual, connecting with and learning about the goddess energy, integration: bringing that energy and her lessons into our bodies and into our lives. Goddesses mark the cycles in nature and the natural cycles in our bodies, psyches, and souls as women (by birth or by identification).
