Virtual Dream Group

Dreams are nightly messages from deep within or beyond, aiming to bring awareness, clarity, healing, and direction to your waking life. A profound thing happens when people join together to work on their dreams. Each person's dream speaks to and benefits all of the dreamers in the group. Working with your dreams is a powerful and efficient way to move through what no longer serves you and point you into the direction of your Soul's Next Step.

Meditation Class
Meditation is scientifically proven to benefit your emotional and physical health. It also provides an opportunity to connect with the unlimited intelligence of the Universe that is available to humanity when we quiet our minds and open our hearts. This space of non-duality is a space of unconditional love and inspiration. I use Kriya meditation techniques as a pathway there.
No experience is necessary.

Goddess Group
This is a year-long dive into the divine feminine. We Meet 8 times to honor the Goddess Wheel of the Year. You will enter a sacred and safe container to connect with other women and to be authentically you. Each session will include, ritual, connecting with and learning about the goddess energy, integration: bringing that energy and her lessons into our bodies and into our lives. Goddesses mark the cycles in nature and the natural cycles in our bodies, psyches, and souls as women (by birth or by identification).

Elemental Connection
The elements are powerful energetic influences in our bodies and in our lives. In this 5 session course you will dive into each one to learn about it from the inside out. Through experiences, rituals, and global teachings, you will develop a relationship with the living entities of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space. We will meet 6 times within an 8 month period. Each session will include opening of a sacred container, connection with like minded souls, an experience with the element, the element in a global and spiritual context, and an integration of the session to bring into your life.
