In the heart of the Scottish town of Inverness there is an indoor Victorian Market. Tucked inside this market is Aeternum, a gift shop that specialized in Baltic Amber. I fell in love with this incredible ring there. It has three shades of amber set in sterling silver. The ring is adjustable. 
 
Baltic Amber is fossilized tree resin from Northern Europe that formed roughly 44 to 50 million years ago. This ancient material has fascinated and interacted with humans throughout history. During the Stone Age Era, amber was thought to have magical properties and was worn and used in worship. It was believed to be the stone of Apollo, the sun god, because it was thought to be congealed sunlight. 
 
The energy of amber is uplifting, it can turn heavy negative energy into positive vibrations. It is connected to the third chakra and supports confidence and a sense of self-worth.
